How Shipping & Delivery Works
We deliver nationwide across all nine provinces of South Africa, using our courier and freight partners.
Delivery timeframes
In-stock trailers, carts, and equipment: 5–10 business days from dispatch. Large or custom-built units (e.g. luxury restroom trailers): 2–6 weeks. Small parts and accessories: 2–5 business days.
Delivery cost
Free on every order, nationwide, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout.
Large & freight items
Trailers and heavy equipment arrive via flatbed or towed freight. Someone over 18 must be available to accept and inspect the delivery, and your site should be accessible to a large vehicle.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect items on arrival before signing. Report any visible damage to the driver and to us within 24 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
