These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prosource Equipments website and any purchase made through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Prosource Equipments is an online retailer of trailers, carts, and equipment, operating and delivering nationwide across South Africa. Our registered address is 10 Cabinet St, Kimdustria, Kimberley, 8301, South Africa.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will notify you promptly if this happens.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, listing errors may occasionally occur; we will contact you before processing an order affected by a pricing error.

4. Payment

We accept payment by card, EFT, and select financing options. Full payment (or an agreed deposit for custom orders) is required before dispatch or fabrication begins.

5. Product Listings

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance. Used and second-hand equipment is sold in the condition described in the listing; please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Prosource Equipments and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prosource Equipments is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or delayed delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
